Shipping and Returns

When Will My Order Be Shipped

  • For Tools, we aim to ship within 3 working days of the order being placed
  • For Components (Saddles, Nuts, and Pins) we aim to ship within 10 working days of the order being placed
  • See the product page of items to see our processing time for the item.
  • The "Dispatched Within Days" shown on the product page is when the item will be shipped from Chris Alsop Guitar.


How Is My Order Sent?

  • We ship items via Royal Mail Tracked.
  • Combined shipping discounts are automatically applied to all orders


Shipping Costs For UK Orders

  • ALL tools are FREE UK SHIPPING
  • Custom made small items such as saddles will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked for approx £3.00


Shipping Discounts

  • When there is a shipping charge, we give a combined shipping discount of 75% discount for additional items on multiple item orders. Please use the shipping estimator guide on the shopping basket page to see combined shipping discounts


International Orders

  • We use Airmail Tracked service - you will be able to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs and import duties on the items.

 

Shipping Discounts Calculation

  • Postage is calculated as the highest shipping cost is the full rate and then any additional items are ONLY 25% of the shipping cost

RETURNS

  • If you wish to return an order, before sending it back please contact us via email at chris@chrisalsopguitar.co.uk
  • If the item is damaged or faulty we will cover all the postage costs
  • All items will need to be returned by a tracked postal service


Return of Guitar Tools and Guitar Pins
  • If you have changed your mind and wish to return an UNUSED item, please return the order within 7 days of receipt by a tracked postal service at your own expense. We will then provide a full refund excluding any postage costs


Return of Guitar Saddles (except Takamines) and Guitar Nuts
  • As these items are custom-made to the specification provided by the customer, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on these items.
